We look for young graduates in Engineering and Economics, with an outstanding academic career, with strong motivation, initiative, flexibility and highly orientated towards results. We are looking for people capable of working in groups, interested in dealing with a dynamic and structured working context that offers opportunities for high visibility. Both the knowledge of English language, consolidated by experience through internships abroad, and the mastery of the main information technology tools are key requirements. The selection process is managed by Human Resources in close collaboration with the Management and it evaluates the personal characteristics, attitudes, motivations, competences and skills of the candidates against the requirements of the roles sought. Internships are the main channel for introducing new graduates into the Company business: training on the job & learning by doing ensure the success of the learning experience. All new graduates hired are involved in an international training program to gain knowledge on business and processes and to develop behaviours consistent with Corporate Values. The annual performance evaluation is the institutional appointment to share and plan together with Line Manager and HR Manager a customized professional career and development path. The global context and the internationality of the Group allow us to build up career paths that give our people the possibility of interesting/exciting work experience abroad.
